Lifestyle medicine aims to support patients to prevent, manage and reverse certain chronic conditions through a personalised approach which may include nutrition, physical activity, stress management, improving sleep and reducing toxins.

Nutrition

Food is medicine. Through dietary adjustments, and the use of targeted nutritional supplements where these are indicated, we will support your body and mind to heal naturally.

Functional medicine

This focuses on identifying and treating the root causes of disease. It uses a holistic lens to consider a genetics, environment, diet and lifestyle. It may involve testing of gut function, hormones (e.g. cortisol), food intolerances and targeted blood tests.

Health Coaching

Many people know WHAT to do to improve their health but struggle with the HOW of making lasting change. Health coaching helps you move towards your health goals in a supportive and sustainable way

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a powerful, natural, evidence-based approach which helps you to take control of your health and use the power of your unconscious mind to heal your body and make positive changes in your life.

Herbs

Herbs have been used as medicines for millennia and can support healing and wellbeing. Herbal teas or widely available herbal formulas may be part of your treatment plan. They can be especially helpful to improve gut health balance hormonal function.
